Exhaust Steam Generator (ESG Series)

The ESG is an unfired, fully automatic, skid mounted, packaged steam generator combining a fin tube heat transfer section, steam flash circulating drum assembly, and full exhaust bypass. It is used where low or high pressure steam output demand is a necessity. The ESG, in terms of recovered BTU/hr, is a more valuable alternate selection to liquid or air preheat exchangers. This Cain economizer is explosion-proof and allows for flexibility in heat transfer output. The ESG is compact and light-weight and has low installation costs, and will offer the greatest thermal efficiency.
